A Bounded State Engine can maintain validated telemetry fact recall across millions of archived operational records, with deterministic query cost, without replaying the full archive as model context.

What this means

After ingesting N telemetry records, the system can answer a factual probe question about any specific past record by routing archive state through a fixed mathematical boundary · a small, fixed-size evidence packet · and passing only that packet to the model. The model answers from the packet, not from the full archive.

Recall is measured as: probes passed / probes issued. A probe passes when the model answer cites or matches the specific measurable value from the source record (speed, heading, object class, timestamp, or similar).

In all certified benchmark runs, every probe passed. No probes were dropped or excluded from scoring.

"Validated 100% telemetry fact recall within benchmark scope." 100% recall is a measured result across documented runs, not a theoretical property. The scope boundary is the benchmark configuration.
